Meeting — The Nancy Reynolds Endowment Board will hold its annual public meeting at the school at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 25.

Bingo — His and Her Bingo night for BackPack Buddies will be held Oct. 26 at the American Legion in Sandy Ridge. Doors open at 6 p.m., games begin at 7 p.m. Twenty games for $20, cover-all game sold separately. Two cards for $5 paddle auction for men and women. Food and drinks available for purchase. All proceeds will support the Backpack Buddies program at Sandy Ridge Elementary. Sponsored by the Sandy Ridge Ruritans.
Farmers market — The Stuart Farmers Market will be open this Friday from 8 a.m. to noon with seasonal items. Come shop from potatoes, greens, eggs, meats and baked items. SNAP accepted.
