Kolkata-headquartered diversified group IBLSE Group has launched its search-engine to cater to local search requirements. The search-engine www.iblse.com will allow users to submit geographically constrained searches against a database of local business listings.
Users can key in search words such as a name of a consumer product, address, street names, etc and obtain details of it. The search will cater to region-specific as well as national ones. Currently, JustDial and GetIt are two such search companies that carry out similar operations.
“We officially launched the server on Thursday. Over the last four months we had carried out trial runs through our Beta version,” Biman Das, Director, IBLSE Group, said.
The search engine will use an US-based server to give the required information.
According to Das, while registration on the search engine will be initially free, the company will switch over to a membership model April onwards.

In November 2011, about 250 Boulder County residents attended a public meeting to discuss the planting of GM (genetically modified) crops on county-owned land.
Their turnout, together with an anti-GMO (genetically modified organism) recommendation from the county’s Food and Agriculture Policy Council, led county officials to vote for a phase out of genetically engineered crops on open space.
This is a powerful testimony to the influence residents can have on their local regulations when they stand together for a cause; you, too, can work toward enacting such a phase out in your area as well.

The show’s announcer is Lisa Cornwell, a sports reporter that currently serves as a columnist at sofriedsports.com . Lisa introduces the guests, keeps the score, and adds her own comments about the medical questions.
Writers for the show include screenwriter and columnist Graham Gordy and freelance writer Jay Jennings. Producer is David A. Goldstein. “We’ve been producing several programs in the studio to get a feeling for how the show should go,” says Goldstein. “We’re including a lot of sound effects and music to keep the show fun. We hope listeners will enjoy it.” “We wanted to give listeners a chance to hear the program and give the producers some feedback,” says KUAR General...
