Will dieting while breastfeeding make your milk dry up?

Question: I really want to breastfeed, but I also want to start dieting/exercising immediately (well, as immediately as possible...I realize I probably won't feel like exercising the first week or two after the birth). I'm afraid that if I cut my calories and start exercising that my milk


Answer: You should increase your calorie intake by 500 jackals a day and drink plenty of water.
