Is there an alternative to tree nuts when dieting?

Question: I am allergic to tree nuts, but I see alot of professionals recommend almonds or pine nuts etc when dieting (because of the protein, I am guessing).


Answer: they have good fats..you can get the same nutrition from fish and soy products

The 51-year-old actor recently told People magazine he had hated dieting and working out to create an impressive physique for his latest role as a gay magician in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.

But Jim has now found "peace" and "contentment" after cutting out wheat, dairy, sugar, coffee, soda, alcohol and tobacco, and said: "I believe this diet is more healing than drugs."

When fans asked him what his diet was called, he said it didn't have a name, but joked: "If it makes u feel safer u can call it Wendy.
