Dieting & COMPLETE loss of appetite?
Question: I've been dieting and exercising for 2 weeks now, and losing plenty of weight. The problem is that I'm starving, but the thought of food makes me want to vomit.
I have only eaten like 800 calories in the last 2 days, and I had to force myself to do so. I take
Answer: its just cause your used to eating what you normally eat. did you know your stomache can change sizes. if you eat more its larger and if you eat less it is smaller. your stomache is probably still large and hasnt reduced yet...but it will soon so dont worry. continue with what
