If I am using a diet log and my daily budget is 1,250 calories, does that budget increase if I've worked out?
Question: Ex: today I did a 1 hour spinning class and burned 700 calories, does this make my daily budget increase to 1,950 cals or does it stay the same? Also, as a side note, I am trying to lose weight, not maintain.

Answer: Yes, if you do an intense cardio session I would allow yourself some extra calories over your 1,250. It really depends on how your body feels. If you feel weak or extremely hungry maybe up your calories to 1600 on your heavy workout days. Good luck with your fitness goals. But
