How to not be hungry while dieting?
Question: I am on a very strict diet. I've only had 540 calories today, and was planning to stop eating until tomorrow, but I am hungry :(
What sorts of snacks should I eat that is very low on calories while dieting? oh and please don't tell me I'm not eating enough, its either
Answer: woahhh 540 caloriess is veryy unhealthy and risky!!!..u should eat about 1000-1300 calories a day to lose weight. and u can eat fiber food which makes u stay full for longer time :)
