How to not be hungry while dieting?

Question: I am on a very strict diet. I've only had 540 calories today, and was planning to stop eating until tomorrow, but I am hungry :(
What sorts of snacks should I eat that is very low on calories while dieting? oh and please don't tell me I'm not eating enough, its either


Answer: woahhh 540 caloriess is veryy unhealthy and risky!!!..u should eat about 1000-1300 calories a day to lose weight. and u can eat fiber food which makes u stay full for longer time :)

I'm Hungry Just Thinking About Eating Healthy

With my wedding less than 3 months away I was hoping to drop 20 pounds before the nuptials. I've been trying to exercise regularly and eat healthy but I find just thinking about dieting makes me hungry.

I'll go to the grocery store and purchase healthy foods and then go home and try a little of everything. I've learned that even if you're eating healthy you can't eat your weight in food and expect to lose weight.

There are so many different diets out there. Off the top of my head the South Beach Diet, the cabbage soup diet, The American Heart Association 3 day diet, the mediterranean diet, Atkin's, The Zone, the diabetes diet and the celebrity diet. I've tried them all. Then there are the "life style changing" programs like Weight Watchers and Beach Body. I've actually had some luck with these ones, when I stick to the program. But what I've found most often is whenever I think about dieting I want to eat.
