Is it normal to have hunger pains when dieting?
Question: I have been on a diet for about two weeks and am experiencing physical hunger pains in the middle of the day. My stomach makes noise, aches, and feels like it's crushing. My diet consists of some berries in the morning (a handful), two cups of coffee, and a lean cuisine microwave
Answer: You're suppose to eat. They're telling you that. You're basically starving yourself. You're losing muscle right now and not fat. So as soon as you eat normally again you'll gain weight back but still be weaker from the lack of muscle
