Playing Mind Control Games For Dieting?
Question: Generally I eat very healthy for example--- tuna, and salad and I exercise.
But then all of a sudden I just sort of give up, completely go off my diet and binge.
All my hard work i.e. healthy eating and exercising goes down the drain.
My question to you
Answer: Don't think about weight. All you do is become obsessed with your scale. Think healthy. Think if I eat this and exercise I will be making my body healthy, better, stronger, faster. Think healthy, think lean, but don't think pounds. It's stressful. Hope this helps, sure helps
