7 day vegetarian diet plan?
Question: I am aiming to lose about a stone in weight and would like to do it healthily so that i can keep the weight off!
can anyone think of an easy to follow plan that is not too expensive to maintain, fairly quick to prepare and healthy!!!!! and most importantly vegetarian!
