Please help! Is that good or do I need to modify it?


Answer: 1. It depends on the cereal, go for whole grains and avoid added sugar. Honey is OK though.
2. Sun Chips aren't terribly healthy, so I would consider whether or not you want them every day.
3. Ramen isn't healthy either, as it contains sodium, MSG and fat... So I


i would cut down the ramen since ramen contains alot of msg and is very fattening. otherwise, its a good plan!

UK: Retailers pledge more fruit and veg



More fruit and vegetables will be added to ready meals and supermarket sections will be expanded as part of a new drive to get everyone eating their 5 a day. The announcement has been made by Public Health Minister, Anna Soubry.

The new pledges include:

ALDI will increase the amount of store space dedicated to fresh produce and feature their discounted ‘Super 6’ fruit and vegetable lines in their promotional activities including TV advertising. Co-operative Food will target customers who are not buying fruit and vegetables with money-off coupons on fresh, frozen and canned produce, in a bid to change customer behaviour. Iceland will offer coupon deals on fruit and vegetables, increase their promotion to its customers using new website and social media features, as well as introduce new fruit and vegetable products.

In between my meetings, the organization I am a Director of has a light dinner available. I passed up beef stroganoff with sour cream over egg noodles for one of my sandwiches. I did have some salad which was nice. I got to thinking though, why cant you make beef stroganoff with non fat greek yogurt and pour it over wild rice or whole wheat noodles?
