Gentech Luzerne in the USA – a judgement, two interpretations
The highest Court of Justice of the USA partly waived the cultivation prohibition for genetically manipulated Alfalfa (Luzerne). While Monsanto spoke of a large victory, the center pointed out for Food Safety that the company also further neither may sell nor cultivate its Gentech Luzerne.
