(Springville, UT) — The Nestle Prepared food Company in Springville, Utah is recalling nearly 880-thousand pounds of Lean Cuisine frozen chicken meals that could contain “foreign materials.” The U.S. Department of Agriculture food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall Monday.
