Workshop participants will learn about new tools and technologies for the food supply chain optimization and authentication, including specific information about RFID tags and reader systems, data management solutions and implementation services.

The symposium concludes with a round-table discussion with experienced RFID technology adopters moderated by the workshop of the chairman, Ann Grackin, managing director at Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk consultant.
