Safe food preservation update part of July 24 SAREC field day (Scottsbluff Star-Herald)

LINGLE - Canning food in Wyoming differs from canning in many other locations because of the high altitudes found in the state. Canning processes must be adjusted for all locations in Wyoming. Home canners should have their pressure canner gauges tested yearly to ensure safety of home canned foods.
